Shinya Fujino

Dr. Shinya Fujino completed his Bachelor of Economics and Master of Business Administration from Kyoto University, and received a PhD in management from Reitaku University. For his doctoral thesis, he examined the reasons Japanese corporations do not construct effective internal control systems to prevent foreign practices of corrupt. He is currently an assistant professor at Reitaku University Faculty of Economics and Business Administration and serves as a lecturer of business ethics as well as accounting representing Reitaku University and Bunkyo University. He has written many papers in the field of global compliance, including “Foreign Public Officials Bribery and Global Compliance of Japanese Corporations”(Journal of Business and Economics, Vol.8, No.2)
